- Go to the Brussels Airport-Zaventem station.
- Take the train from Brussels Airport-Zaventem to Brussels Central Station. There's a train every 15 minutes.
- Walk 10 minutes (845 meters) from the station to Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre.

The hotel is located in the center of Brussels, which means you have to cross the LEZ (Low Emission Zone). This means that older cars, diesel and other very polluting cars can't enter the city. Registration is mandatory for all vehicles registered abroad (except for vehicles registered in the Netherlands). Not doing so can lead to big fines (350 euros).

The parking at the hotel is owned by the city. Normal price is €16, but Flüüfff attendees can go for €13 per day.
Ask for the reduction at the hotel reception!

Restaurant Le Magellan
Dine in style and at its finest in the Magellan Restaurant. There is seating for 240 guests and the restaurant is divided into a buffet and "à la Carte" restaurant to serve a wide range of tastes and dietary needs. All ingredients are from suppliers in the surrounding area.
The hotel's restaurant is a super shiny area, with good food for decent prices! It's definitely the dealer's table, the house always wins.

Low budget
There are many nice food places nearby, if you're out on a walk.
- There's two nice kebap places (one on each side of the road) within 5 minutes of walking out the hotel front door (go left!).
- There's a very advisable pastabar a little ahead, a good choice there is the spicy pasta with extra cheese!
- If the spicy pasta isn't Exotic enough for you, there's a Vietnamese corner on the .. end of the street if you keep walking left.
- And if you're a tasteless animal, you can go to a McDonalds. It's only a 10 minute walk.
